Shipping & Returns


We ship from Sydney and offer free shipping for orders over $150.

Australian Standard Shipping: $12 (2-7 business days depending on location)

Australian Express Shipping: $20 (1-3 business days depending on location)

International Standard Shipping: $50 (7-14 business days) - any duties or taxes incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Pieces over $1,000: Will be sent by courier with insurance, and as such, can only be sent within Australia.

Tracking is provided with all shipments, and we also offer signature on delivery. If you decline this option by ticking the 'Authority to Leave' box in cart this means you give permission for your order to be left at the nominated address without signature and Cirkular will bear no responsibility for any order that goes missing after it has been delivered. You are responsible for the package from the moment it is scanned as delivered by the postal agent.



Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as pre-loved pieces can sometimes have slight flaws (as explained in the description).

Should your full priced clothing item meet the below criteria, we will be happy to provide store credit so long as it is returned to us within 10 days of delivery:

  • Returns are limited to full-priced clothing only. 
  • All shoes, handbags and accessories are final sale.
  • Items must be returned to us unused / unworn. 

If you intend to return your purchase we require that you notify us at within 3 days of delivery, with your order details and the reason for your return. You must then return your purchased product within 7 days of notifying us to:

Cirkular will not be held responsible for your return until we have taken receipt of the delivery. We recommend you dispatch your item using a secure and reputable delivery service that includes parcel tracking to ensure it arrives safely. It is your responsibility to return your product to Cirkular within the required time frame.

Products that do not satisfy the terms and conditions for return will be returned to you at your expense.

If Cirkular is satisfied in its discretion that you meet all our terms and conditions then we will provide you with store credit. The store credit will not include delivery costs.
